1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeet18 ("jeet18", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeet18 website located at https://jeet18.net, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on jeet18, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jeet18 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit amount granted by jeet18 to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, which is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Platform" means the jeet18 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services available at https://jeet18.net.

3 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the use of the Account:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. jeet18 operates a strict 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 may register an Account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place a bet or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register an Account.
3. You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed via the jeet18 Responsible Gaming tools or any equivalent exclusion mechanism.

6. You must not have had a previous Account closed or suspended by jeet18 for breach of these Terms without prior written authorisation from jeet18 to re-register.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a jeet18 Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeet18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at jeet18's sole discretion.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. jeet18 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted via your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jeet18 immediately at [email protected]. jeet18 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Verification: jeet18 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any stage. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeet18 are subject to the following terms:

• Approved Payment Methods: jeet18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment methods available to you may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency: All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the jeet18 Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the time of each transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of the mobile banking transaction. jeet18 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by jeet18 within the timeframe stated on the Cashier page. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, unless jeet18 has approved an alternative in writing.
• Third-Party Payments: jeet18 will not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, payment methods not registered in your own name. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Wagering of Deposited Funds: jeet18 does not impose mandatory wagering requirements on real-money deposits. Wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds as described in Section 6.
• Charges and Fees: jeet18 does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jeet18 bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jeet18 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms. jeet18 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to a specific group of players, geographic region, or account status.
• Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. The specific percentage match, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and applicable wagering requirement are stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering contributions from different game categories are as follows: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero — refer to each promotion's specific terms.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited. jeet18 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the Account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
• General: jeet18 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion's promotional material and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by jeet18. jeet18 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Bet Placement: Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued, that bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where these Terms or the specific game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, jeet18 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' Accounts. jeet18 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before play. In the event of a conflict between a Game Provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, except where the Game Provider's rules are specifically incorporated by reference.
• Responsible Betting: Players are solely responsible for the bets they place. jeet18 encourages all players to bet within their personal financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools described in Section 12.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be updated at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet18 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the voiding of any pending or settled bets, and the forfeiture of any bonus funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or consecutively without written permission from jeet18.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point when requested by jeet18.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or money-laundering purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by jeet18.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the performance of the Platform for other users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the jeet18 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of jeet18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jeet18.

Game content provided by third-party Game Providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. jeet18 does not grant any rights in respect of Game Provider content beyond what is necessary for you to play the relevant game on the Platform.

10 Privacy and Data

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

jeet18 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match results, or promotional terms.

In no event shall jeet18's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jeet18's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

jeet18 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income. jeet18 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase may be subject to a cooling-off period.

13 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close an Account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided that all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations relating to your Account.
• Closure by jeet18: jeet18 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (d) provision of false information during registration; (e) a regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement; or (f) any other reason that jeet18, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient.
• Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure by jeet18 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or betting rules and the resulting net balance dealt with accordingly.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jeet18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where practical, jeet18 may also notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jeet18's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and jeet18 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter informally by contacting jeet18 support at [email protected]. jeet18 will use reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by jeet18 in accordance with applicable law.

jeet18's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account-related matters shall, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding.
